We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for leading Inclusion from April 2018

The successful candidate will have a passion for inclusion & the knowledge & expertise to develop inclusive practice throughout the school so that all pupils make great progress. They will lead an inclusion team of 5, be responsible for strategic planning & development in SEND, safeguarding & health & wellbeing & have the skills to work effectively with outside agencies.
This post is available due to the retirement of our Inclusion Leader. It offers the opportunity for the right person to develop their own leadership through an active programme of bespoke leadership training & regular 1:1 interactive development meetings with the headteacher focusing on personal reflection, coaching & problem-solving.
