Position: Air Freight Operation Officer/Senior Officer
# HKPR (Native HongKonger) ONLY
Company: Our client is a Japanese logistics company that provides domestic and international removal services
Location: Kwai Chung Container Terminal
Working hours:
• 6 Days Off per month (every Sunday & PH plus 2 Saturday off)
• Working Time:14:00 23:30
Monthly Salary: HKD 20,000 22,000
Responsibilities:
• To handle full set of air import/export operation documents and system key-in
• Support courier cargo processing on site
• Monitor & follow up export ULD build up and delivery to airport
• Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
• Coordinate with sub contractor & customer service team to ensure correct shipment requirements
Requirements:
• DSE or above
• 1-2 years experience in "FULL" AIR export operation
• Ability to deal with sub contractors
• Middle user level of MS Excel and Word
• Proficiency in written and verbal in English and Mandarin
• Responsible, independent and self-motivated.
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
