Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join them at their manufacturing firm on a permanent basis. The role will consist of general admin duties, as well as some HR related tasks. Suitable applicants should have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

* Administer the hiring of new employees
* Provide orientation for new employees by providing company information packs. Assist accounts department on payroll changes and updates.
* Maintain human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, termination, change in job specifications and pay increases, as well as tracking annual leave, sickness, and personal time off.
* Document and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
* Assist company directors as and when required.
* Complete general office and reception admin tasks.
