ADMINISTRATOR
STR Group are working with a leading client who specialises in housing, based in Oxford and we are recruiting for an Administrator on a 1-month contract, on a full-time basis. It is paying £12.46 per hour as PAYE or £15.71 as a LTD Company worker. Looking to start and interview ASAP.
You will be working 35 hours per week with a typical week looking like this:
* Monday to Thursday 8.30am till 4.30pm – with one-hour lunch
* Friday 8.30am till 4pm – with half hour lunch
A DBS is required for this position. If you do not possess a DBS beforehand, please note if you are willing to go through the process.
Day to day responsibilities include;
* Preparing notices
* Updating databases
* Taking stock checks
* End of day banking
* Occasional reception duties
Essential Skill Sets:
* Experienced administrator
* Computer Literate
* Well organised
* Working on basic database
* Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of tasks
* Willing to take on new tasks
* Excellent Written and Verbal skills
