We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administration Assistant to join Ivanhoe School on a permanent basis. This is a term-time plus one week position, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the HR, Finance & Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the school by ensuring that administrative systems and processes are followed and maintained to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, approachable, and confident in using IT systems to complete a wide range of administrative tasks. As this role provides support across multiple departments, the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines is essential to ensuring the smooth running of the school.
You will be supported by an experienced HR, Finance & Operations Manager and will join a friendly, professional, and collaborative team. Applicants should hold GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English and have previous experience in an administrative role. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, calm, and positive attitude are essential for success in this important position within our school community.
