KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
- Manage correspondence, including drafting emails, responding to inquiries, and distributing mail.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks in Excel.
- Utilize general computer skills to perform various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team's needs.
- Perfect mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong general computer skills and proficiency in using various office software.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree (1st degree) in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
