Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls; take messages and handle correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of Admin support experience.
- Government Contracting experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Concur is a nice to have.
- Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
