Administration Assistant
Collaborates closely with colleagues in the Engineering team, Project team, Operations team and Laboratory team in-country and regionally to ensure support is provided where needed. Assists Administrative team with ensuring offshore laboratory equipment is properly calibrated.

Job responsibilities:
- Inputting and collating technical data and checking basic field and laboratory data for accuracy;
- Preparing reports;
- Processing and managing site data using spreadsheets, in-house programs and Fugro’s SharePoint platforms;
- Liaising with site staff, clients, engineers and sub-contractors in order to confirm project progress and check that project delivery deadlines will be met;
- Uploading data to MS Teams and SharePoint Sites.

- Strong administration background;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and SharePoint;
- A logical approach to work;
- Highly organised;
- Strong communication skills;
- Passionate about learning new skills and about the world of earth sciences.
