Job DescriptionSt. Cloud State University is seeking applications for potential adjunct instructors and/or student teaching and field supervisors who qualify to teach in the College of Education - Department of Teacher Development.Individuals interested in being considered for part-time, adjunct teaching and/or student teaching and field supervisors positions in the Teacher Development Department should have the following qualifications.This adjunct position will remain open for 1 year to allow departments? access to candidate pools when there is a need to hire an adjunct to teach a course(s) during defined academic semester(s).Compensation is per credit, the current credit rate is a minimum of $1,819 per credit.Minimum QualificationsMaster?s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Literacy or closely related field (required at the time of application)Three years? experience as a full time contracted teacher, licensed in the area being taught (Elementary or Secondary respectively)Evidence of the ability to teach and work with persons from diverse backgroundsRequired Documents (Upload at Time of Application) Resume/CVCover LetterUnofficial TranscriptsThree (3) Professional ReferencesWork Shift (Hours/Days of work)VariesAboutThe successful candidate will share St. Cloud State?s commitment to our mission, and in particular, the value we place in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as outlined in SCSU?sIt?s Timestrategic framework.
