Adjunct Faculty, Lecturer of Mass Communication

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Summary: 

Colorado Mesa University is seeking applications for an Adjunct Professor of Mass Communication. The ideal candidates would have experience teaching introductory Mass Communication courses. This position would include teaching two, 3-credit hour courses per term, starting in the next term. Mode for the class will be in-person.

Adjunct faculty at CMU are part-time employees who are hired on an as-needed basis. This job ad is to collect applications for qualified lecturers but communication to applicants may be delayed as faculty needs fluctuate. Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • MA in Mass Communication or Communication Studies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching Sports Journalism will be privileged
