What we are looking for:
As a financial Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to financial accounting and reporting. This includes preparing financial statements, analyzing accounts, reconciling accounts, and collaborating on the monthly and annual closing processes. Additionally, you will assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies, as well as in the implementation and maintenance of internal processes and controls.
What would you be doing:
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
- Perform reconciliation of bank and accounting accounts.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Collaborate in the preparation and submission of tax and regulatory reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance.
- Participate in the monthly and annual closing processes.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Maintain and improve internal processes and controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations.
What do you need:
- Professional in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in financial accounting, preferably as an Accounting Analyst.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Intermediate to advanced level of Excel.
- Advanced skills in using accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
