Note: This position requires working onsite at our New York office Tuesday through Thursday.

About the role:

As the Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success and business growth. You’ll be the face of our company for a portfolio of customers, working closely with finance and planning teams to understand their needs and ensuring they get the most out of our product.

Your mission is to cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, leading efforts to both expand contracts and secure renewals. You’ll identify growth opportunities within your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their financial transformation journeys using our cutting-edge FP&A solutions.

  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships in a SaaS environment, with a focus on renewals and growth.

  • Strong understanding of FP&A tools and how they drive value for finance teams.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and ability to adapt quickly to change.

  • Passion for helping customers succeed and achieve their financial goals.

The base salary range for this role is: $90,000-$100,000.
