We’re looking to add a new member to our sales team: someone who understands the industry, has a proven sales ability, and is ready to work under the heat and pressure of a growing company. Account Manager Your primary focus will be to manage existing accounts. You’ll develop your relationships with key influencers and decision makers gaining knowledge of their business and their needs by listening resulting in a trusted advisor during planning discussions. You’ll manage expectations from beginning to end. Your great communication skills will keep your client well informed with project timelines, keeping their project on track. These are intricate sales, where you’ll manage competing priorities, multiple internal and external stakeholders, and varying deliverables. Your experience in a similarly complex sales environment will be crucial for your success here. The number of projects you’ll have on the go at any given time will vary depending on their size and scope. You’ll be part of a collaborative and successful team. Working with Holmes + Brakel This is a full-time, permanent position from Monday-Friday in our Kingston, ON office. You’ll travel to meet with clients within the Kingston and surrounding area. You’ll receive a competitive base salary commensurate with experience and commission structure. You’ll also enjoy health benefits, paid vacation, and car and cell phone allowances. Qualifications * Experience in a client-facing sales or business development role * Experience in Project Management and/or Design an asset * Experience in the contract furniture/interior design or a related industry * Experience creating and delivering sales presentations to a variety of clients * Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle * Degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics or a related field (an asset) * Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) (an asset) Holmes + Brakel is an equal opportunity employer.
