As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Build and maintain strong connections with individual real estate agents and key influencers within agencies to sell online marketing solutions.
Foster relationships with Agency Leaders and Division Directors to uncover new business opportunities and drive growth.
Conduct engaging presentations and product training sessions to educate and inform clients.
Participate in business events and client engagement activities to strengthen relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up, increasing client retention rates.
Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
We're looking for someone who:
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients to make purchasing decisions.
