What Makes You a Great Fit ✅
🎯 Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
⚙️ Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
🌱 Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem

🌍 Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German and English
