That’s why top-tier VCs and a who’s who of financial companies have invested more than $100M to help us grab this massive opportunity.



About the role


We are looking for an Account Manager to help develop and implement our AM / CS playbook across an ever-expanding customer base of sponsor and broker users. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Onboarding - Delivering the initial “wow” moment to new customers while getting them onboarded, educated and set up for success.
  • Deal monitoring - Ensuring that every deal customers launch through our platform runs like clockwork, and mobilizing and managing internal teams if additional support is needed.
  • Product education - Educating customers about new product features, tracking usage and gathering feedback.
  • Relationship management - Building and managing relationships to ensure Lev is kept front of mind so we can drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Customer feedback - Leveraging a customer health model and an ongoing feedback loop to measure satisfaction and gather insights for our product and G2M teams.
  • Customer retention - Cross-collaborating internally to secure ongoing contract renewals and upsells.



Ideal candidate experience


  • 3-5 years experience in customer-facing role
  • Experience deploying customer engagement and retention strategies in a data-heavy product environment
  • Proven track record in upselling/cross-selling/renewals/existing account expansion on a SAAS model
  • Ability to manage 100+ accounts at a time
  • Experience in commercial real estate technology is a plus!
