About the job

• Meet assigned sales quotas.
• Support complex fittings with Customer Trainers.
• Document visits in Salesforce; manage expenses in Concur.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Travel up to 75%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Masters, HIS or AuD preferred
  • Experience in hearing healthcare or business consulting
  • Knowledge of hearing instrument technology and patient care
  • National and key account management experience preferred
  • Results-driven, accountable, curious, and resilient
  • Experience fitting Phonak technology preferred
  • Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Contract management experience
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
