Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Masters, HIS or AuD preferred
- Experience in hearing healthcare or business consulting
- Knowledge of hearing instrument technology and patient care
- National and key account management experience preferred
- Results-driven, accountable, curious, and resilient
- Experience fitting Phonak technology preferred
- Six Sigma certification a plus
- Contract management experience
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
