Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications and be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to increase sales and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand and anticipate the needs of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals and objectives
- Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and revenue, in collaboration with the sales team
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Analyze and report on account performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Gather feedback and communicate client needs and concerns to relevant departments within the company
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing knowledge and insights with clients to enhance their experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within a similar industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for your work
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed
