Role & Responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated and tenacious individual eager to develop and succeed in sales. The role involves both new business development and account growth, with strong earning potential through uncapped commission. Key duties include: Selling the full breadth of the company's IT solutions and services Acquiring, qualifying, and winning new business Retaining and expanding existing customer relationships Farming existing accounts to identify whitespace opportunities Generating, qualifying, and following up on quotes and opportunities Driving cybersecurity and datacentre solutions Achieving GP and KPI targets Booking and conducting face-to-face meetings with clients Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data Building strong relationships with distributors and vendor partners Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns Continuously improving industry knowledge through training Attributes Required Minimum 2 years' experience in IT reseller sales Proven track record in account management and business development Understanding of IT security, datacentre, networking, EUC, and hardware/software Strong negotiation and communication skills Confident and proactive approach to outbound sales Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
