Metaview is building the AI co-pilot for hiring. We’re radically enhancing hiring workflows and decisions.

We’re making hiring feel like the business critical team sport it is.

Metaview is a startup founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences building products and teams at Uber and Palantir, and is backed by phenomenal investors in the US and Europe. Our starting point on this mission is an AI-powered note taker that gives interviewers superpowers: beautifully structured and summarized interview notes, pre-filled candidate feedback forms, and rich candidate write-ups generated in just a few clicks (if that). We’re already seeing that Metaview is becoming the center of gravity for the hiring process at customers like Brex, Quora, Genentech, and hundreds more.

The team

  • We own our work from end-to-end. We work “towards goals”, not “on tasks”. We’re a team that knows the satisfaction of doing great work is only felt when it impacts the customer.

  • We optimize for rate-of-learning. We treat learning as the highest-form of currency for delivering future impact, and act accordingly: we run experiments, question thoroughly, and talk to customers over-and-over. We covet earned secrets.

The role

We’re growing rapidly in the US, Europe, and beyond. To maximize and capture the global demand for our product, we’re now hiring our first AEs. You will accelerate our growth, deepen our engagement with our community of customers and prospects in the geo, and set the foundations for a broader build-out of our sales team.

To make this happen, the AE will:

  • Identify prospects from our product-led growth engine, and upsell them on the benefits of an enterprise plan.

  • Develop expert-level insight on the impact and pragmatic application of AI in the recruiting process.

  • Win complex sales with many stakeholders from first contact, to pitch, to close.

  • Feed your hard-earned learnings from the market into the founders and product team, so we can continue to improve a category-defining product.

  • Build an extensive network by working with the next generation of iconic companies.

Fundamentally, our goal is to get-big-quick, and this is a career-defining opportunity to partner directly with the CEO to create the sales approach and the sales culture of the organization.

You

  • 4+ years quota-carrying experience in B2B sales.

  • Experience with complex sales, preferably to mid-market or small enterprise customers in tech.

  • Thrived at another fast-paced saas startup or scaleup.

  • Sharp, systematic, resilient, and motivated to win.
