  • Become an expert in BioRender’s platform, benefits, and scientific use cases.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets for your assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and measure performance against quotas.
  • Develop and execute territory expansion plans, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on regional trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the academic and research landscape in Ireland.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to enhance customer success and adoption.

What You Bring

  • Full professional fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 25% within the EMEA region.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS products
  • Degree in life sciences (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering) is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, including scientists and research leaders.
  • Determined, resourceful, and strategic in your sales approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for improving continuously.

Why Join Us
