About the role
- Own the sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
- Identify and nurture high-potential leads to build a strong pipeline
- Work directly with leadership to create a repeatable, scalable sales process
- Help shape the future of ag-tech by getting our solutions into the hands of growers worldwide
- We’re hiring multiple people to focus on different countries (Germany, The Netherlands, Spain)

Your profile
- 2+ years proven experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- You’re hands-on. We’re a small, lean team trying to accomplish outstanding things
- Self-starter with high agency and adaptability to ambiguity
- You can and will own stuff.
- You are reliable.
- We are looking to hire 'rising stars', who can grow with the company into more senior roles
- Proficiency in German or Dutch.
- Experience revolutionising “traditional” industries with tech e.g. agriculture, health (selling to hospitals), construction.
