Showcase exceptional multitasking skills for handling diverse customer inquiries. Provide technical support and simple troubleshooting Prioritize meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to boost operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in both Portguese and English At least 1 years of online customer service experience Strong learning ability and able to work under pressure environment Ability to support European Timezone
