Appointment Setter

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Appointment Setter to efficiently schedule appointments with potential customers through outbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities
Schedule appointments with potential customers through cold calls using a database. Provide information about our services and answer customer inquiries. Maintain clear and consistent communication with both the team and customers to ensure a smooth appointment process. Meet the target of 2 hours of daily call duration.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, call centers, customer service, or appointment setting (preferred). Familiarity with call management systems (e.g., DIALER) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude. Availability to work between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Miami time).
