Key responsibilities
Lead and manage sustainable construction and green building projects, ensuring alignment with environmental standards and sustainability goals. • Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk management plans, maintaining strong stakeholder communication and project reporting. • Ensure adherence to local and international environmental regulations, ensuring compliance with sustainability certifications like LEED. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams, fostering efficient workflows while optimizing resource use and minimizing waste. • Conduct sustainability assessments and implement strategies to minimize environmental footprints while maximizing energy efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in managing sustainable development projects, with a focus on green technologies, energy efficiency, and environmental compliance. • Strong knowledge of project management tools, budgeting, and risk management. • Experience with sustainability certifications like LEED, BREEAM, or similar. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Passion for environmental sustainability and eco-friendly solutions.
