Freshs Wood Agency Inc. is looking for a UX Designer to help us create clear, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers and internal teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into user flows and wireframes, and collaborate with designers and developers to deliver well-structured interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, user-focused, and comfortable turning complex processes into simple, easy-to-use solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and requirements for digital products and tools.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas.
- Design clear, usable interfaces for web and/or mobile experiences, focusing on simplicity and consistency.
- Conduct basic user research or usability feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Document interaction patterns, components, and guidelines to support consistent UX across products.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and changing requirements.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas to improve overall customer and internal user experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, wireframes, and interfaces you have created.
- Experience designing for web or web-based tools; mobile experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using UX and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive user flows and clear interface layouts.
- Basic understanding of UX research methods and usability principles.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Self-organized, detail-oriented, and open to feedback and iteration.
