Supply Chain Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee the planning, procurement, and distribution of materials and resources. The ideal candidate will optimize supply chain operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution processes Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements Forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships Lead and mentor supply chain staff
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Knowledge of supply chain software (ERP systems, inventory management tools) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience in nonprofit, community service, or food distribution operations Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
