• Develop & Execute Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content). • Content Creation: Produce engaging content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, social media content, and website copy. • Analyze & Optimize: Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make actionable recommendations. • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Create strategies to attract and convert leads, nurturing them through various marketing funnels. • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms. • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and operations to align marketing strategies with company goals and customer needs.
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven Digital Marketing Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, home services, or related industries. • Expert in SEO & PPC: Knowledge of search engine optimization, paid advertising, and online analytics. • Content Creation Skills: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content across various channels. • Lead Generation Experience: Proven ability to create and execute strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. • CRM & Marketing Tools Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). • Adaptable & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
