A&B Staffing Services is hiring Material Handlers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Lake Zurich, IL. This is an onsite warehouse role in a hot environment with 10-hour rotating shifts, including weekends. Candidates should have previous warehouse experience and be comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
Pay range: $17.75–$19.00 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Use a hand pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Make boxes and prepare packaging materials for production or shipping.
- Pack products accurately according to work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work 10-hour rotating shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures in a hot environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Experience using a hand pallet jack is strongly preferred.
- Ability to pack, make boxes, and handle materials accurately.
- Comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment.
- Able to stand, move, bend, and perform physical work during 10-hour shifts.
- Reliable attendance and availability for rotating shifts and weekends.
- Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.
