We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online visibility and lead generation for Yucatech Solutions SRL. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to attract new clients in international markets. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and other performance channels) to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Develop and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, and landing pages in collaboration with the team.
- Set up and track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, messages, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize the company’s presence on professional platforms (LinkedIn, Clutch, etc.).
- Research target audiences and competitors, propose new hypotheses and channels for growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales and management to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing budget across channels.
- Work with basic marketing automation tools and CRM for lead nurturing and tracking.
- Support brand positioning of Yucatech Solutions SRL on international markets.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B IT / software development / tech.
- Hands-on experience with performance channels: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (or equivalent B2B lead-gen platforms).
- Confident understanding of key marketing metrics and analytics (GA4 or similar tools).
- Experience with content planning and production for social media and blogs (briefing copywriters/designers, basic editing).
- Proven experience in lead generation and nurturing for international markets.
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and how marketing supports each stage.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (for working with content, platforms, and communication).
- Strong analytical skills, ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Experience promoting IT outsourcing / outstaffing / software development services.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
- Experience working with Clutch, GoodFirms, or similar review platforms.
