Job Title: Youth Worker
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Youth Worker.
Youth Worker – Main Duties:
- Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions.
- Assist with study skills and time management.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with staff and parents/guardians.
- Organize workshops and events.
- Maintain accurate records.
They require a Youth Worker with a minimum 5 years’ experience.
Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:
- Previous mentoring or educational support experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and passion for helping others.
- working with staff to help educational needs of students
- Have a full driving licence and vehicle
- ideally have a enhanced CRB
Salary / Hourly Rates:
£21000 to £23000
Working Hours:
9am to 3pm
