Overview
We’re looking for a Front-End Web Developer with a strong design eye and expert knowledge of Bootstrap. The core of this role is converting wireframes, flat graphic files, and static design files (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) into responsive, production-ready HTML/CSS/JS.
Beyond layouts, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all web form fields and inputs pass data correctly into our CRM, supporting accurate data capture and smooth campaign execution. This role is both creative and technical—you’ll be the go-to person for bringing design assets to life as functional, polished web pages.
This position is onsite in our Las Vegas, NV office.
You will
- Convert flat graphics and design files (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) into responsive HTML/CSS/JS pages.
- Take wireframes provided by the Marketing and build full-page designs using a Bootstrap UI kit.
- Design and adapt layouts using Bootstrap’s component library, adding creative touches while keeping branding consistent.
- Ensure all form fields, inputs, and integrations within web pages function correctly and feed into Microsoft Dynamics/CRM.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive landing pages and microsites for campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end rendering issues or form/field errors quickly.
- Implement creative adjustments directly in code (spacing, alignment, icons, button states, etc.) without needing design hand-holding.
- Optimize graphics and ensure assets are responsive, lightweight, and cross-browser compatible.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life quickly.
- Stay up-to-date with modern front-end trends, design patterns, and best practices.
You have
- 2+ years relatable experience
- Expert-level Bootstrap 4/5 knowledge (grid system, classes, components, and converting static designs to Bootstrap).
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in responsive web design and QA across devices.
- Ability to work with wireframes and Bootstrap UI kits to produce full responsive designs.
- Image editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Excellent communication skills (responsiveness, clear updates, proactive questions).
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to follow direction and work within existing architecture and standards.
Actual compensation will depend on several factors, but the annual average compensation is around $60,000 - $65,000.
