Cvent is looking for a brilliant Web and Graphics Designer with strong aesthetic sense and
designing skills to work on the Cvent CMS software and mobile app to create client’s Event
Registration websites.
The person should be a SME and must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and
written) to be able to communicate and understand requirements with overseas clients
independently.
The person should be willing to work in the night shift (US hours) and must have a zeal to perform in a
fast-paced environment along with willingness to thrive for an award-winning career.
In This Role, You Will:
• Independently be able to understand and conceptualize client’s design requirement via direct communication channels (email, verbal or telephonic communication)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design mock-up/elements as per client’s requirement and considering Cvent CMS tool which includes:
o Design artworks for clients for their website or mobile apps as per their requirement
o Suggest enhancements on the clients ongoing projects and discuss the same with the client on call
o Do necessary tweaks in designs to get it implemented in Cvent CMS tool in a better way
• Must be a SME who acts as a project manager and maintains strong communication with clients/internal stakeholders. The person should have expertise on below technologies,
o Strong skills in Web/UI design with latest knowledge on tools like Figma, Photoshop etc.
• Ensure best possible customer experience that fits and contributes to the broader Cvent ecosystem of products
• Act as a team player by providing exceptional design solution while being an individual contributor
• Drive actions to the closer and ensure a solution to a problem by going extra miles, if needed.
• Stay up to date with latest design and technology trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

• Be a Web Mockups creator with high-quality, visually appealing website design that reflects brand identity and meets project requirements

• Be a strong communicator who writes and speaks well

• Be a person with great stakeholder and real-time management with strong business acumen

• Committed to continuous learning
• Proven experience in designing for Content Management System (CMS) tools
• Graphics Designing skills through Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong sense of color combination, aesthetics, typography, interactivity, etc.
• Hands-on experience in creating GIF/Motion Graphics
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and Accessibility (508 Compliance/WCAG) will be an added advantage.
