We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our facility operations and warehouse team. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while delivering high-quality service to our customers. You’ll collaborate with our operations leadership to achieve company goals related to productivity, accuracy, and safety—and make a real impact every day.

Available Shifts:
Sunday- Thursday, 6:00pm-4:30am
Tuesday- Saturday, 7:00am-4:30pm

📦 Warehouse Supervisor – Lead a High-Performing Team in a Dynamic Environment

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead by Example: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and maintain a high-performance culture.

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory organization, and fulfillment processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Drive Results: Create and manage production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure all work is completed on time and to company standards.

  • Analyze & Report: Track key metrics and generate reports for plant and leadership teams to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor purchasing and product availability to maintain stock levels and reduce downtime.

  • Ensure Safety: Promote and uphold safety standards, investigate incidents when necessary, and enforce compliance with company procedures.

🛠 Additional Responsibilities:

  • Operate or oversee the use of warehouse machinery and material handling equipment.

  • Help resolve employee issues and maintain open, professional communication across all levels of the organization.

  • Take ownership of special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.

  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive working environment.

  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures—from cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to dry warehouse conditions (up to 100°F/37°C).

  • Physically capable of lifting at least 40 lbs./18 kg as required.

  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or overtime when needed.

  • Comfortable working in environments with variable noise levels.
