Warehouse Manager

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse and logistics function, ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and service excellence across on-site and off-site facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end warehouse and logistics function across all sites
• Oversee inventory management, stock takes, and cycle counts
• Ensure efficient distribution and customer service delivery
• Implement and enforce H&S standards and compliance requirements
• Drive policies, processes, and performance metrics to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply and stock flow
• Manage and develop a large team, ensuring strong people leadership and accountability

Qualifications & Experience:

• National Senior Certificate (essential)
• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (essential)
• Minimum 5 years senior management experience in warehousing/logistics
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, H&S, stock control, and distribution
• Advanced skills in SAP and MS Office (essential)
• Proven experience leading and motivating large teams (40+ staff)
