Position: Warehouse I
Wage: $17.50 - $18.50 an hour
Hours:
1st shift (5:45am – 2pm) Monday – Friday
2nd shift (1:45pm – 10pm) Monday – Friday
Location: Greenville, WI
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments
- Stage and pack outbound materials in accordance with site policies
- Execute ERP system transactions for shipping and receiving
- Learn and operate handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
- Follow 5S safety and housekeeping practices
- Complete all required safety training and follow all safety protocols
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and process standardization
- Understand and comply with ISO requirements during internal and external audits
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, production, or material handling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to use a desktop computer and ERP/WMS systems
- Basic math skills; able to read a ruler
- Fundamental reading and writing skills
