About the job
This VP Engineering position is with a FinTech company who are looking to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries.
The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team whilst working with other technical and non-technical members of the company.
Some other responsibilties include:
- Guiding the dev team through shipping new features
- Improving time spent on maintenance
- Solidifying the existing architecture

The successful VP Engineering will be rewarded with up to £130,000 and the freedom to work fully remotely both during and after Covid.
