About the job

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Nigeria to help with daily admin tasks, replying to emails, and other simple online work.

You must be online and responsive during working schedule so you can act quickly when work is sent. This is a long-term remote position with consistent monthly pay.

You will work 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday. Your schedule is a flexible 8-hour block that you choose, as long as it is within the hours of 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Hong Kong Time. (You must simply let us know your schedule for the next day in advance).

There is also a possibility to work more than 8 hours/day (paid overtime) if you wish, which we can discuss after the trial week.

Job Specification:

Tasks Include:

* Replying to emails and messages (using ChatGPT/Gemini if needed)

* Data entry and organization

* Online research

* Managing documents and spreadsheets

* Other admin or assistant work as assigned

Requirements:

* Must have good written English (grammar help is okay — AI allowed)

* Proven experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, for tasks beyond simple conversation (e.g., for writing, research, or analysis)

* Comfortable with Gmail, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, WhatsApp/Telegram

* Must own a PC/laptop and smartphone

* Stable internet (Wi-Fi or hotspot) - min 5 Mbps up (attach speed test screenshot)

* Power backup plan (hotspot/coworking/inverter) during outages.

* Available to work your 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday, within the 12 PM – 12 AM (HK) time window.

* Willing to do occasional overtime

* Can follow instructions carefully

Pay & Terms:

* $180–200 USD/month
