Superside is looking for a craft-focused, creatively driven Video Editor (Junior) to help us take our video production to the next level.

What you’ll do:
- Research trends in digital and social content, with a focus on post-production techniques.
- Contribute ideas and creative direction on briefs, bringing deep video expertise to every project.
- Own your editing pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, and marketers along the way.
- Produce short-form videos that stand out, crafting compelling stories from raw footage with precision and speed.
- Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels.
- Continuously raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience creating high-quality editing preferably with any on-set experience.
- Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content, with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus).
- Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
- Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
- Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving both process and creative output.
- Other nice bonuses: Animation and Adobe After Effects, Copywriting, AI, Motion Graphics.
