Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled editor to join our team at EngineEars. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and designing various types of content for our platform, including social media posts, longform videos, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for storytelling.
Job Duties:
Understand the EngineEars strategic brand messaging and tone in order to conceptualize and execute video and social media content that advances those narratives.
Edit and design various types of content, including longform articles and social media posts
Collaborate with our team of editors and designers to ensure high-quality content
Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts
Stay up to date with the latest trends in design and digital media
Participate in brainstorming sessions and other team projects
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the audio engineering industry is preferred, but not required
A strong portfolio of design and editing work
Proficient in editing and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Passion for storytelling and ability to convey messages visually
Familiarity with social media management and content creation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Compensation:
Base Salary - $55,000 - $80,000
