About the Role
We are seeking a Video Editor & Producer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in video editing and production, with a strong track record of creating impactful marketing videos for both B2C offerings and B2B products. This role combines creativity, technical skills, and production management to deliver compelling video content that elevates our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver high-quality marketing videos, product explainers, ads, social media reels, brand campaigns, and client stories.
- Plan and manage end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, and post-production.
- Lead set design and video shoot preparation, ensuring brand aesthetics, lighting, and environment are optimized for professional output.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to align video content with campaign goals and audience needs (B2C & B2B).
- Work with external vendors, production teams, or freelancers when required to scale video production.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, ads, product demos).
- Stay up to date with industry trends in editing, production design, and marketing video storytelling.
Work Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing videos for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Hands-on experience with set design, camera setup, lighting, and on-location/video shoot management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Skills in motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in healthcare, SaaS, or digital-first products.
- Familiarity with 3D/animation tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.).
