We're seeking a future team member for the role of Private Equity, Fund/Client Accounting Vice President to join our Private Equity team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and complex funds, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports. Develop and implement Service Improvement plans, optimizing processes, and specialist review functions. Provide input into methodologies and review complex work done by team members. Provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations relating to complex accounts or transactions. Resolve reconciliation of accounts for the most complex or atypical transactions and review work of team members. Draft reports for clients regarding the performance of highly complex funds. Provide guidance on report structure. Regularly interact with clients in answering questions and resolving multifaceted issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes. Evaluate GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine the impact of new regulations on fund accounting practices. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred. Supervisory or small team people management background. Financial Service or Banking experience essential. Private Equity and fund/client accounting knowledge required. Investran and Geneva experience required.
