Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting tenants and candidates in the office or on-site;
- Maintaining contacts with national and international retailers;
- Organizing and conducting viewings;
- Drafting and following up rental agreements;
- Answering tenants' questions via email and telephone;
- Performing place descriptions and settlements upon departure.
You like variety and combine strong organizational skills with customer focus and precision. You enjoy being involved in the operational follow-up of real estate and function well in a close-knit team.
