About the job
Overview
Anchour is hiring a UX Strategist to define and shape intuitive, content-first digital experiences for our website and retainer clients. This role focuses on user experience, structure, and functionality, rather than visual/UI design.
You’ll take the lead in wireframing and prototyping in Figma, ensuring our websites and platforms are clear, purposeful, and user-friendly. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to translate business goals and audience needs into experiences that drive engagement and results.
This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who thrives on systems thinking, problem solving, and prototyping—with the flexibility to also support content planning when needed.
What You’ll Do
UX Strategy
-- Translate business goals and audience insights into user journeys, flows, and page structures.
-- Build detailed, medium-fidelity wireframes in Figma that prioritize usability and content hierarchy.
-- Develop prototypes that demonstrate interaction models, page flows, and functional logic.
-- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to uncover requirements and align on goals.
Wireframing & Prototyping
-- Lead the creation of wireframes and prototypes that show intent, hierarchy, and structure.
-- Collaborate with designers to ensure a smooth and intentional handoff from wireframe to UI design.
-- Ensure prototypes clearly communicate interactions, content placement, and functional requirements for development.
Planning & Wireframes
-- Support creation of sitemaps and content outlines for new websites.
-- Contribute to content priority guides and documentation that ensure UX and content are aligned.
-- Help identify gaps in content that may impact user flows or usability.
-- Deliver content-first wireframes or annotated wireframe inputs that show intentional structure, not placeholders.
-- Ensure that wireframe layouts and flows support the content narrative.
Collaboration & Leadership
-- Partner with design, development, and strategy teams to bring user-first solutions to life.
-- Confidently present wireframes, prototypes, and rationale to clients.
-- Communicate the value of UX decisions in terms of usability, ROI, and business impact.
What We’re Looking For
-- 2–4 years of UX strategy or UX design experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
-- Strong expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
-- Demonstrated ability to design flows, interactions, and structures—not just screens.
-- Familiarity with content planning and working alongside content strategy.
-- Excellent facilitation and communication skills—you can lead workshops and guide clients through UX decisions.
-- A systems thinker who can balance user needs, content requirements, and technical feasibility.
