The Role

We’re looking for a UX Design Lead to own and evolve Lili’s product design function across web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android). You’ll lead the end-to-end product design process from concept to delivery, and shape the design language that defines how Lili looks, feels, and behaves.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and management teams to ensure that every Lili experience continues to feel cohesive, delightful, and customer-obsessed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design function at Lili - setting standards, processes, and practices for the product design discipline.
• Own the design system - maintain, document, and evolve Lili’s design components, patterns, and visual language in Figma.
• Manage design assets and workflows - ensure consistent, efficient use of design libraries across all teams.
• Deliver exceptional product experiences - design intuitive and engaging interfaces across both web and mobile.
• Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to define user journeys and deliver high-quality designs.
• Uphold Lili’s UX reputation - ensure every product piece meets our high usability and aesthetic standards.
• Mentor and collaborate with the marketing designer (who dedicates part of her time to product design) to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2C/SMB SaaS and/or mobile applications.
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and a proven ability to ship elegant, intuitive products.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills grounded in design thinking and usability principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills able to work independently and with cross-functional partners.
• Expertise in Figma component libraries, auto layout, prototyping, and design system management.
• Experience in financial products / fintech is a strong plus.
