Uphold the firm's values, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions. Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration. Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred. Strong interest in continuous learning and leveraging digital tools to enhance immigration services. Familiarity with Vialto Law's tech-driven solutions (e.g., the myMobility app, Mobility Moments, and Mobility Brand initiatives on LinkedIn) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with a client-first mindset and collaborative approach.
