UI/UX Designer

Looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets.

Also ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

• Plan and implement new designs.
  
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
  
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
  
• Always strive to deliver intuitive and user-friendly solutions. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
  
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
  
• Test new ideas before implementing them.
  
• Conduct ongoing user research as per client/user requirements.
  
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  
  
  
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
  
• Detail-oriented & critical thinking ability.
  
• Problem-solving and client-centric approach.
  
• Knowledge of responsive UI designs.
  
• Good knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• A team player but can work independently too.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  
• Strong experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and process flows.
