About the job

About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about creating seamless, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our products — from concept and design to prototyping and final implementation.

If you’re someone who thrives on blending creativity with functionality, has a sharp eye for detail, and loves solving user problems through design, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience (UX)

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior, pain points, and needs.
  • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to define user requirements and ensure intuitive, human-centered design solutions.
  • Continuously improve and optimize user experience based on feedback and analytics.

User Interface (UI)

  • Design clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure consistent brand language, typography, color schemes, and design components across all platforms.
  • Build responsive designs that adapt to different devices and screen sizes.
  • Create design systems and style guides to standardize design elements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
  • Present design concepts and gather feedback from key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility principles, and responsive design.
  • Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Marvel) and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.
