We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about creating seamless, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our products — from concept and design to prototyping and final implementation.
If you’re someone who thrives on blending creativity with functionality, has a sharp eye for detail, and loves solving user problems through design, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience (UX)
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior, pain points, and needs.
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to define user requirements and ensure intuitive, human-centered design solutions.
- Continuously improve and optimize user experience based on feedback and analytics.
User Interface (UI)
- Design clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure consistent brand language, typography, color schemes, and design components across all platforms.
- Build responsive designs that adapt to different devices and screen sizes.
- Create design systems and style guides to standardize design elements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility principles, and responsive design.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Marvel) and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- A strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.
