About the job

We are looking for someone to help the marketing and development team with design and development projects related to B2B Customer Success space. The UI/UX Design Intern will assist in designs, development and production of website and marketing projects.


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
3. Perform research and analyze the real expectation of the user
4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
6. Understand delivering the value of a good design today than a great design next year
7. Iterate the complete product/system and culls out areas of improvement for a better user experience
8. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
9. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
10. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
11. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
12. Champion new ideas and take smart risks

Skill(s) required
Figma, AdobeXD or Sketch (at least one). Information architecture, UX/UI development skills
