  • Managing visa applications, travel insurance, and necessary documentation in compliance with UAE travel laws.

  • Liaising with travel agencies and service providers to negotiate rates and secure bookings.

  • Ensuring all travel arrangements align with company budgets and travel policies.

  • Preparing detailed travel itineraries and communicating changes or updates promptly.

  • Maintaining accurate records of travel expenses and supporting documentation for finance reconciliation.

  • Responding to travel-related inquiries and resolving issues or emergencies during travel.

  • Monitoring frequent flyer programs and other loyalty accounts to maximize benefits.

  • Staying updated on global travel advisories, airline regulations, and health and safety protocols.


Requirements:
